Our Staff

Our Center prides itself on having the most committed and nurturing staff a parent can wish for. All of our staff members are CPR certified and must have a minimum of a Child Development Associates Certification. In addition to Certification, our staff must have extensive training at the onset of their employment and are required to attend 6 trainings per year.

We provide a safe, healthy, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Our program embraces cultural diversity and fosters a love of learning in all children. We encourage our children to become self directed learners while implementing strategies and techniques that support child development through appropriate practices.

Our staff encourages children to express their feelings and explore their environment. Language is always encouraged and all children are provided an opportunity to explore their environment.

All employees undergo a background check, a Child Abuse Information check by the Department of Children and Families, a physical examination, and Mantoux test.
